Serve as the primary service contact for clients, answering policy questions and providing expert guidance
Provide counsel when losses occur and interpret policy information accurately
Analyze client data and make strategic recommendations based on exposures and carrier information
Review client contracts and provide guidance on insurance requirements and coverage needs
Execute marketing strategies, conduct negotiations, and prepare renewal presentations
Project manage renewal implementation and new client onboarding processes
Process and issue Certificates of Insurance with standard or custom wording
Collaborate with Account Coordinators and Account Executives to deliver seamless client service
